Dark Chocolate Fudge

Dark Chocolate Fudge

 

1 square unsweetened baking chocolate square -- (1oz)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
4 packages artificial sweetener

you can use a sauce pan if you want, I use a bowl in the microwave, put
butter and chocolate together heat till melted to liquid slowly poor in
cream, better if at room temperature so it doesn't set the chocolate up to
quick, while still liquid mix in sweetener (all or to taste) pour on a buttered
plate
